"If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness." I John 1:9
This Sunday was a very special Sunday that resulted from many months of prayer, fasting, research, and interviews of the people who are or have been the Buckhannon Alliance Church. With the hand of Jesus by the power of the Holy Spirit, we sought out the sins and the actions that have been offensive to God and have grieved the Holy Spirit across our 48 year history. On this Sunday, we corporately confessed them before God and asked for His forgiveness and His restored blessing upon the Buckhannon Alliance Church.

Please note that there was also a time for public confession in which individuals were invited to come forward in humble obedience to God to confess with a microphone or to lay their confessions at the foot of the cross.
